Fosta-Tek Optics, Inc. Achieves ISO 9001 Registration
Leominster, Massachusetts, October 19, 2005 Fosta-Tek Optics, Inc., the leading integrated manufacturer of high quality polymer-based optical components in North America, has attained ISO 9001:2001 registration. ISO 9001 is an internationally recognized quality management and assurance standard. Fosta-Tek’s registration signifies that they have met a quality system in place that meets or exceeds the ISO 9001 requirements.
The registration demonstrates continuing commitment to meeting or exceeding customer expectations. ISO 9001 brings structure and consistency to Fosta-Tek’s existing quality system. The 120 employees that are employed there will continue to measure and improve the quality of the products and services they provide. Fosta-Tek is committed to continuing and extending its world-class leadership in the fields of optical molding, hardcoats, thin films and ADC cast filters production.
